Clear quotes in KSh — never guesswork
We don't publish flat rates because two sites with the same camera count can differ by double in cable runs and mounting. Instead: we scope first, then quote clearly — before any work starts.
How pricing works
Three steps to a number you can trust
01Tell us the goal
Describe the site or book a survey so we understand the job — premises, users, coverage, timeline.
02We scope the work
Camera counts, cabling, hardware specs and labour change the number — we measure, we don't guess.
03Quote in KSh
An itemised quotation in Kenyan Shillings with a validity period — agreed before work starts, honoured to the shilling.
What moves the number
The honest cost drivers
When you see our quote, you'll see these as line items — not buried in a lump sum:
- Equipment grade — resolution, storage retention, device tier. We recommend the tier that fits, not the most expensive one.
- Cable runs & mounting — distance, conduit, wall types and heights.
- Configuration scope — remote viewing, network joins, user training.
- Support level — one-off install vs a maintenance contract with scheduled visits.

Pricing questions
Asked before every quote
Why don't you publish prices for installations?
Because a published rate would either overcharge simple sites or undercharge complex ones. Scoping first means the price reflects your site — and the quote you approve is the price you pay.
Are shop products priced openly?
Yes — in-stock items in the shop show clear KSh prices with delivery and warranty. Quoting applies to installed systems, bulk orders and configured equipment.
Is the quotation binding?
Within its validity period, yes. If we discover something material on-site that changes scope, we pause and re-agree before continuing — never a surprise invoice.
Do you offer corporate terms?
Approved corporate accounts get formal invoicing, purchase-order support and a named contact. Credit terms are assessed per organization during account approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, card and bank transfer. Corporate clients can pay against invoice per their account terms.
