EPSON CO-W01 WXGA PROJECTOR 3,000 Lumens WXGA ((1280X800)

Description

The Epson CO-W01 WXGA Projector is a highly versatile, entry-level portable projector designed seamlessly for both business presentations and home entertainment. Powered by Epson’s proprietary 3LCD technology, it delivers an equally high white and color light output of 3,000 lumens, ensuring vibrant, crisp images even in bright rooms with ambient light. With its native WXGA resolution (1280 x 800) and a widescreen 16:10 aspect ratio, it offers an immersive, scalable viewing experience up to a massive 378 inches .

Key Features

• Big Screen Experience: Scales from 25 inches up to an impressive 378-inch display, perfect for movies, streaming, gaming, or classroom lectures.
• 3LCD Technology: Produces colors up to three times brighter than standard 1-chip DLP competitors, eliminating the annoying “rainbow effect”.
• Long-Lasting Performance: The robust UHE lamp offers up to 12,000 hours of lamp life in Eco Mode (6,000 hours in Normal Mode), translating to years of reliable use before needing a replacement.
• Quick & Easy Setup: Features a compact, lightweight design (approx. 2.4 kg) paired with a manual horizontal/vertical keystone slider (±30°) for hassle-free image alignment.

Device Compatibility

• Streaming Devices: Compatible with Amazon Fire TV Stick, Google Chromecast, Apple TV, and Roku. These plug directly into the HDMI port, turning the projector into a smart TV.
• Computers & Laptops: Connects effortlessly to Windows laptops, MacBooks, and Chromebooks via standard HDMI. (Note: Modern slim laptops or MacBooks may require a USB-C to HDMI adapter or hub).
• Gaming Consoles: Works perfectly with Sony PlayStation (PS4/PS5), Microsoft Xbox (One/Series X/S), and the Nintendo Switch for large-screen gaming.
• Smartphones & Tablets: Can stream content from iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, but requires a specialized adapter (like a Lightning/USB-C to HDMI digital AV adapter) or a wireless streaming dongle.

Important Compatibility Notes

• Audio Upgrades: The projector has a built-in 5W mono speaker. It does not feature a dedicated 3.5mm audio out port or built-in Bluetooth. To get cinematic sound, you must connect your external speakers or soundbar directly to your source device (e.g., pairing a Bluetooth speaker to your Fire Stick or laptop, rather than the projector).
• Wireless Projection: This model does not include built-in Wi-Fi out of the box. Wireless mirroring from a phone or laptop requires an external wireless HDMI dongle or a streaming device.

Ideal for

• Small-to-Medium Meeting Rooms: Ideal for office presentations, spreadsheets, and slideshows. The native WXGA widescreen format matches standard laptop screen ratios perfectly, preventing cropped text or awkward stretching.
• Classrooms & Training Centers: A great match for educators. The 3,000 lumens of brightness mean students can comfortably take notes and see the screen without needing to turn off the overhead lights.
• On-the-Go Professionals: Weighing just 2.4 kg, it fits easily into a backpack or briefcase. It is perfect for traveling consultants, sales reps, or remote workers who need to set up a professional display anywhere on short notice.
• Casual Home Entertainment & Gaming: Excellent for backyard movie nights, casual living room viewing, or big-screen gaming with friends. Its ability to scale up to 378 inches delivers an immersive cinematic experience that budget TVs cannot match.
